🎉 Next Weekend: North Carolina QSO Party Activation

Get your shacks configured, your wire tracking dipoles tuned, and your logging laptops ready to capture coordinates! The annual North Carolina QSO Party officially fires up next weekend.

• When: Sunday, March 1, 2026 from 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST
• Mode: On the Air (HF SSB/CW bands)
• Mission: Let’s put Brunswick County on the airwaves map! Work as many in-state and out-of-state stations as possible. Bonus station coordinates and logging submission rules are updated on the state logging gateway channels.

📡 Weekly Local Radio Net Alignments

Our recurring local emergency communication tracking channels remain fully configured for your local signal testing and traffic check-ins:

• 🎙️ The Shrimp Net: Every Monday morning at 8:30 AM via the 147.315 MHz repeater machine.
• 🛡️ Brunswick County ARES Net: Every Monday evening at 7:00 PM using the same 147.315 MHz repeaters (+600 offset, Tone 118.8 Hz).
