• Designated Net Control Station (NCS): Send your completed Winlink message directly to K1MJJ (or K1MJJ@winlink.org).

🎯 Training Objectives

• Review the procedures on how to create an ICS 214a and how to use the Winlink ICS 309 generator
• Find and launch Winlink Quick message (“Quick Message.txt”).
• Follow the instructions in Exercise 009 to send the Winlink message with the ICS214a and ICS 309 attached to it.
• Successfully send the Winlink Quick message with the two attached forms to the Winlink NCS.
